Comes with an official, two-sided numbered certificate. One side is black with the text,
"certificate to the nurse with wound release on vod-records (vod66) - american edition"
and "personal number (__/200)." The other side is in red velour with the text, "official certificate -
nurse with wound - flawed existence."
The first two records (VOD66.1 and VOD66.2) are housed inside a gatefold sleeve with
red velour, and include two inserts with track information.
The other records (VOD66.3, VOD66.4) have the same sleeve design, artwork and material,
but are inside single 12" / 10" (VOD66.5) sleeves.
The 10"x7" soundcard has the same sleeve design, artwork and material. When opened,
it plays a noise sound about a minute long.
The red, 100% cotton t-shirt has the same design and artwork as the record sleeves, with
black printing and golden, glimmering print "nurse with wound" in fractal letters.
The included 24x12" embossed poster has similar artwork.
Everything is housed in a red velour covered 13"x13" box with black printing.
