Description
Excellent vinyl copy of Oasis Be Here Now album (crelp219)
Cover - excellent (although near mint - no creasing or damage to cover, or inserts)
Record - excellent (although near mint - some very slight feint superficial marks on vinyl that in now way affect playback or sound quality)
My grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
This record is very nearly mint condition. It has been played no more than 10 times at the very most since purchased. 2 or 3 very very light superficial "marks" to the gate fold and vinyl that you would really need to be looking for to see. Plays as if it was brand new. This is the best copy you will get that is not shrink wrapped.
Bought it myself from a local record shop (remember them?) back in Aug '97 on the day of it's release and i never even had a record player to play it on until years later. The pictures on this auction is the actual item for sale.The record will be posted recorded delivery in a record mailer to the winning bidder.
