All records are posted in professional high quality mailing boxes. This packaging is designed so that the vinyl is placed within an interior inner, which protects it with an extra layer of cardboard. This is especially important to avoid damage to the corners.

The record(s) are removed from the main LP cover (which avoids potential edge splits) and placed within a brand new quality poly-lined inner. The original inner will be included (if available).

The LP's and it's cover are then placed within a new quality PVC outer sleeve and then sandwiched between two thick cardboard stiffeners for extra maximum protection. Bubble-wrap is also used as an extra layer of protection, where necessary.

I prefer PayPal, cheque or Postal Orders from UK winning bidders. (Payable to P. Routen). Bank transfers are also acceptable. Please ensure Paypal payments are made within 5 days of checkout.

Europe/International

Paypal only please. With apologies, I do not accept IMO's, Bank Transfers or Foreign Cheques.

 

Please pay for your items within FIVE days of the auction ending. I use the Ebay's Unpaid Item Assistant process so if there is going to be any delay in payment (you may be bidding on other items that you would like to be shipped as one package), you MUST let me know.

You must send messages via the Ebay messaging system where I will definitely see your communication. Please allow sufficient time for a reply to any messages sent outside my normal UK office hours - Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm (i.e. evenings/weekends/statutory holidays). Shipping Info

NB: Please allow up to 3 weeks for  delivery before reporting an item as not received.
Condition I describe the condition of my records as accurately as possible (using a high wattage spotlight). High quality pictures are included and any flaws are noted accurately. The vinyl is play-graded on a high quality Linn Sondek turntable which reveals it's condition with great accuracy.

Label: The  record label isFMint.

Inner Sleeve: Contains a numbered limited art print

Right Edge(s), and Type: This storage edge is clean, and still mainly sharp with little wear. Any thickening or burring very light as seen viewed end-on, again, few will show less. This edge is totally natural, guaranteed untrimmed or enhanced.

Spine and Text:  Almost Perfect (Sealed).

Corners: Almost Perfect (Sealed).

1 LP (Special Delivery with Standard £500 Maximum Insurance) [Signed For, Next Day] = £7.50. (for valuable records, this includes insurance of £500). Please add £1 per extra LP if in the same consignment. 

EUROPE (AIRMAIL ONLY)
1 LP (Small Packet ‘Signed For’ with Standard Royal Mail Insurance [£50 maximum]) = £12.50 (enhanced Royal Mail insurance is an optional extra £3). Add £2 per extra LP.

INTERNATIONAL 1 LP (Small Packet ‘Signed For’ with Standard Royal Mail Insurance [£50 maximum]) = £16.50 (£17.50 for double sets). Add £3 per extra LP. (enhanced Royal Mail insurance is an optional extra £3)

I only send high value LP's overseas via Registered Priority airmail.  This means I can track and insure your parcel. Valuable records (£50+) will always be sent Registered airmail and insured. Some countries have better postage systems than others, and thus Registered and Insured Priority serves everyone's interests.
Returns Policy
If any winning bidder is not satisfied with their purchase, I offer a no-quibble full refund. (I will not refund if any defect is clearly stated.)

I grade my records strictly, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first. It is unnecessary to leave negative feedback when an equitable solution is always possible and preferable. I am not interested in misleading buyers with inaccurate descriptions; my reputation and integrity is paramount. As a discerning collector, I appreciate how important it is to give as an accurate description as possible.
