Scott & Raven "The Old Hood- What Ever Happened To" on Neural Industries (no ID number), a very small pressing from Cleveland, Ohio. Very obscure and almost impossible to find. Great boogie tracks. The vinyl is in VG+ condition, plays great. The cover is in VG+ condition, very cool looking.
