Hopak (Mussorgsky/S.Dushkin) - Spanischer Tanz “La Vida Breva” (M. de Falla/Kreisler) -Caprice Viennois (Kreisler) – Sérénade Espagnole (Chaminade/Kreisler).

Accompanists on the grand piano; Martin Krause and Hubert Hubert Giesen.

This record has been referred as the Holy Grail of violin music!

Unfortunately is not this disc in the best condition. It exhibits numerous scratches, some wide scuffs, none of them is palpable in the way that one can feel it with a finger. The record plays through with a constant background crackle. On our grading scale this corresponds to a VG-, still quite enjoyable...
