Description

This is a Philips Stereo Hi Fi first press on the Plum label 1962.
David Oistrakh performs Beethoven Violin Sonatas 5 and 6 accompanied by Lev Oborin on piano.
I would grade side 1 only as VG- due to some noticeable surface noise at beginning lasting about 40 secs probably due to needle burn.
There is some other less noticeable surface noise on the quiet passages throughout the lp but overall would still grade VG.
The back cover has some bad foxing around the edges and also at the top edge on front VG-... Please see photos.
Labels are Ex with minor spindle marks.


Still a good playable copy of this rare release..
