Description

OKeh 8676 - Macon Ed - Raw country blues 78 rpm
MACON ED (with TAMPA JOE on first side)
Wringing That Thing / Worrying Blues
OKeh 8676

Condition: Nice V+ shape. No serious scratches, but a little greying in the grooves that causes a steady but not overbearing hiss. Maybe some experimentation with stylus size will improve that? This is some hot raw fiddle and guitar blues stuff. The real deal!

I'm sorry for the wavy lines in the scans. My scanner doesn't do well with the record grooves. Rest assured these "rainbow effects" are not on the record itself!

Payment and shipping: Payment by PayPal or money order due within 10 days of auction close. Very careful packing and shipping in the US is $6 -- don't worry, I've been packing and shipping 78s for 15 years and know how to do it. I've shipped over a thousand 78s and NEVER had one arrive broken. I will also ship internationally. Combine items to save on shipping! Thanks for looking!
