Description
You are bidding on Oliver Nelson's The Blues and the Abstract Truth vinyl record on the orange Impulse label. This is the true 1st pressing of this record with the "A Product of AM/PAR Record Corp." at the bottom of the label. The record has the RVG Stereo stamp in the deadwax as well indicative of a Rudy Van Gelder press.
The LP has been play graded and visually graded in VG+ condition. Scuffing is present, mostly sleeve scuffs. Sounds nice with minimal background noise. Less obvious on second side. No skipping.
As for the sleeve, it is graded in VG condition. It could probably pass for VG+ other than the fact that there appears to be minor damage to the inside of the gatefold as seen in the pic. There is also a small stamped "E" on the back as seen in the pic. Other than those flaws it is in nice condition. Lamination still in good shape. No seam splits at all. See pix for more details.
