Description

Very rare late 60s Impulse! Stereo repress of this 1961 jazz classic, with red and black Impulse labels, and a beautiful laminated gatefold sleeve. Gorgeous warm analog sound on super thick 60s vinyl, with "RVG Stereo" in the vinyl runouts, exact same beautiful Van Gelder mastering as the original '61 pressing.
VPI cleaned, fantastic condition for its age, record in strong VG+ condition, plays excellent throughout, very clean sound. The thick laminated gatefold cover is a strong VG to VG+, there is a small tear in the upper spine (only about 1.5 cm, see photo #4), and some lamination peeling on the back side, otherwise in really good condition for its age, still looks beautiful overall.
Packed and shipped with care. You can combine any records I am selling for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
