Cover: VG+: Cover has crease on upper right corner and slight corner, edge wear (NO splits, rips, stains, etc.).
Disc: VG+: Light scraches and surface marks. But it plays great without any distracting noise.
 Insert: VG++: Contains small creases. Otherwise it is in great condition.
