The cover/sleeve set is in good condition with some bumping/fraying on the corners, edgewear, scuffs on the front and back boards, and soiling/fading on the spine. We have not tested the playing condition of the records. There are no visible scratches, scuffs on the playing surfaces of the records. This set is sold "as is."

We have to wrap, pack and box items. Our handling fees have to cover the labor and material costs of doing that. Otherwise, we would go out of business. Glass and fragile objects are particularly difficult to ship and require even more packaging. Our feedback reflects how well we package items. CUSTOMS: For Customs purposes, items will be declared at their eBay final value. We do not mark packages as gifts or understate value on customs forms. Customs fraud is a felony in the US.

HOW SHIPPED: Generally via USPS Priority Mail, which is what the eBay shipping calculator quotes.

COST: Fixed. See item description for US fixed S&H or, if none is stated, use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the listing to calculate US S&H based upon zip code. Please check S&H before bidding. S&H charges for shipments outside of the US are generally fixed for all international destinations.

INSURANCE: Extra cost. We use a private insurer to speed up and simplify the insurance and claims process. The cost for insurance within the US is the same as USPS insurance. Items are only insurable up to their ebay price, which excludes shipping, handling and insurance charges. It is not always possible to insure international shipments. Our private insurance rates generally exceed USPS rates for international insurance. Certain items, such as jewelry, coins, furs, precious minerals and metals, cannot be insured even within the US.

TRACKING: Included on all S&H of $5.00 or more. For signature confirmation, please add $1.30. International packages cannot be tracked.

PICK-UPS: Due to size or special packing requirements, we cannot ship certain items. They are listed as "pick-up only". In many cases, we can arrange to have the item delivered for a small fee to our local UPS store. See item listing for details. There is no S&H on items picked up at our store. Delivery WHEN SHIPPED: We ship within 2 business days after receiving funds.

SHIPPING FREQUENCY: Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Refunds & Returns REFUNDS ALLOWED: Only If Different From Description. We sell items on a consignment basis. We ask consignors to provide us with as much information about the item as they can. We strive to be accurate in our descriptions. Our very positive feedback reflects that we do accurately describe items. If we have made a mistake in our description, we will take an item back. Items sold "As Is" are not eligible for refunds. Only the price of the item is refundable. Shipping, handling, insurance and return postage is not refundable.

CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS: As Received. We recommend returning the item with insurance to eliminate the possibility of its being damaged during the return.

TIMING OF RETURNS: Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt (as shown by tracking) that the item differs from its description. Item must be returned to us within 21 days of the end of the auction to be eligible for a refund. Because we sell items on a consignment basis, we must resolve problems quickly to be fair to the buyer and the seller. Items paid for by personal check may not be able to satisfy the 21-day return requirement.
