Description

"Liebeslied aus Walkure" by Dr Alfred von Bary, Hofopernsanger. Bayreuth recording. One sided 10". 1906.
Pretty rare and sounds great.
G.C. 2-42925 - I presume a first stamper as there's no digit on the matrix number.

Visual grading 9/10 - a couple of scratches on the surface. A bit of surface noise when you first start playing it, a couple of pops through the record but otherwise a really great and clear sound, and quite a beautiful song.
Happy to ship internationally and will pack with utmost care. The record will arrive in a generic sleeve and very tightly/safely packed for its journey. I've bought a lot of 78s on eBay and I know what good packing looks like!
I'm pretty flexible and ultimately want these to go a good home where they're cherished, so feel free to drop me a message.

P.S. I recently acquired a large collection of early G&T opera recordings all of which I'm planning to list. Selling them because I personally collect jazz, and I'm sure there's a serious opera collector out there who will appreciate these more than I. If you have a specific G&T record you're after, please ask as I may have it and haven't gotten around to listing yet.
