1989 LOOKOUT RECORDS #0000000000010
Original issue with insert, signed by Dave Mello on the back in May 1989.
Record is in VG++/ NEAR MINT condition : a couple of faint tiny surface marks, couple of spindles — very close to new.
Cover is in VG++ condition : average corner wear, faint ringwear, no splits, VERY nice.
Insert in excellent condition.
