Description

Hello, thanks for looking!
A nice example of the rare and highly collectable 1980 debut single for both Orange Juice and Postcard Records, including the picture insert (famously hand-folded by the band in manager Alan Horne's Glasgow flat), the flexi-single 'Felicity', and, for what it's worth, the original low-budget polythene-bag sleeve. There were several variant packagings of this record, some of which included a Postcard Records postcard: this one did not.
All the vinyl looks good and plays very well. Both sides of 'Falling And Laughing' (b/w 'Moscow Olympics'/'Moscow') have a very few small, light scratches, well within an EX- rating. The flexi-disc of 'Felicity' looks practically unplayed and has no kinks or wrinkles, so comfortably EX. The insert is just a little faded and not completely smooth.
This record has had one owner since 1980, but just for your reassurance I've checked the runout-groove inscriptions against several online images, and they're perfectly identical. It's the real thing.
Good luck if you're bidding!
