KENNY BURRELL: "ON VIEW AT THE FIVE SPOT CAFE" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #4021. Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp! Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both labels. The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides. "EAR" symbol etched and RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Tina Brooks/tenor sax; Kenny Burrell/guitar; Bobby Timmons, Roland Hanna/piano; Ben Tucker/bass; Art Blakey/drums. The thick laminated cover is in VG shape & still displays nicely. Spine has a 1" split at top, 2½" split at middle, and ¾" split at bottom. Some of bottom edge taped very discreetly. No cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 47 West 63rd St., New York 23. The vinyl is in VG- condition, still retains some gloss in spite of much visible wear & scratches. Not a high-grade copy of this artifact by any means, but amazingly hard to find in any condition.
