Original 1980 Audiophile Pressing

 This is an original 1980 Mobile Fidelity pressing of Thankful, a wonderful LP by Natalie Cole (cat # MFSL 1-032). The vinyl is pristine - as close to perfect as you could expect! The cover is nearly perfect - a few extremely minor spots of edge wear, nothing major at all. Mobile Fidelity is famous for using the original master studio tape and transferring it at 1/2 speed to capture every nuance of the recording. The records are specially plated and pressed in Japan by JVC with their highest quality vinyl, a proprietary blend called "supervinyl," which produces maximum clarity, an extra-quiet album and a playing lifespan 5x longer than standard mass-produced vinyl. This copy was purchased at the time of it's release, played a few times and has been safely stored away. Please have a look at the photos and good luck with your bidding!
