Incredible copy from an outstanding private Pink Floyd collection! The album featured here is 100% guaranteed to be an authentic, true 1st issue of Pink Floyd Meddle still in a factory sealed condition.

Original 1st print cardboard gatefold cover with a vivid contrast print with the calm balanced tones, not the reddish tone of the 2nd issue or soft blue tint present on the 3rd issue. Very early 1st issue cover, different from the UK release.

The design of the cover shows an image of an ear, underwater, collecting sound waves, represented by ripples in the water. This issue contains a unique cover with "Pink Floyd - Meddle" and "SMAS-832" located on the edge of the front cover as oppose to the spine. The Harvest Records logo and catalog number are located at the bottom right corner.

The original price sticker is affixed to the shrink wrap. The back cover contains the song titles at the top left corner and Harvest Records, EMI Records and RIAA logo at the bottom left corner along with "Marketed & Distributed by Capitol Records, Inc." text.

This issue is guaranteed to contain a yellow-green Harvest Records label with a traditional Amoeba logo and the "Mfd. by Capitol Records, Inc., a subsidiary of Capitol Industries, Inc., U.S.A. - ® Capitol Marca Reg. - U.S. Pat. No. 2,631,859" text along the bottom edge.

CONDITION:
This album cover is in STONE COLD MINT condition! The original shrinkwrap is nice and tight and fully intact. The necessary breathe holes are present. This is a sealed example, so the vinyl is assumed MINT! There are no flaws whatsoever! Please view the photos for more details on condition!
