Original Absentees - Tryin' To Mess With Me/ FUM 45!
READ THIS ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE YOU BID!!
This is an original copy of the ridiculously rare and sought after 45 rpm 7" from The Absentees! You already know what this is, or you wouldn't be here, but if you need more info check here: http://www.breakmyface.com/bands/absentees.html
This record has scratches and scuffs that are pretty typical of this type of record. It does NOT skip, however. And a lot of the pops and clicks can probably be removed with a proper cleaning. I have not cleaned this at all. I found it in a thrift store with a bunch of early 80's punk 45s. The matrix numbers say "Tryin 806a" and "FUM 806B".
There were only 200 copies of this classic record made, and half of those were messed up at the plant, so there were only around 100 in circulation in 1981, and who knows how many are still floating around!
