Back before Rob Solomon became Universal... back before Rupert Parkes became Photek... the two of them together were Origination, churning out uplifting tunes like their massive debut here, "Break Down". Sampling the house hit "Shine On" by Degrees of Motion to great effect, they managed to craft a perfectly catchy hands-in-the-air hardcore tune for the summer of '92, before everything started turning suddenly dark. On the flip side, they had two more tunes on the happy tip -- the slightly more underground "Bass", and the EP closer "R.E.S.P.E.C.T.", which pit an Aretha Franklin sample against Siedah Garrett belting out "kay-eye-ess-ess-eye-enn-gee!". Cheese, but sure to put a smile on your face.
VERY GOOD......... There may be a few very light surface marks on vinyl The cover/sleeve may also show slight wear. Still a nice copy and well worth purchasing.
GOOD....... The surface and cover/sleeve shows visible signs of wear due to the fact that it has been played on a regular basis. There will be some audible surface noise but it will not effect the listening experience too much.
