N or N/NM - grooves are undisturbed, never breathed on record surface, Mint or Mint-Like.
mNM/N-a virtually unmarked disc, not played much at all.
N-the traditional good enough to keep, never have to replace it condition. Any signs of usage
hardly touch the surface of this grade lp.
EX+-this type of condition record would be played quite a few times; A tick or a pop, even a few repeated
seconds of surface noise can occur with the usage involved.
But these slight interruptions in microgroove continuity are far outweighed by the
musical enjoyment offered.
EX=still excellent sonically, with no shearing or clipped tones, cleaned to the
microscopic level, very listenable, with spots of surface noise.
Other-A record with below average surface wear characteristics that
still offers listening entertainment.
