(i/.e. "BLUE BOX"). Supreme 14-LP Audiophile pressing from the United Kingdom, 1978. A Parlophone Records masterpiece!
Spectacular flip-top textured box with original manufacturer's metal enforcements. All 14 original, full-length British-version albums with original cover art work, inserts, etc. 198 classic career-spanning Beatles songs. Truly lovely, resonating sound with astounding clarity that will tantalize your senses.
Vinyl on each album is MINT-!!! The "Please Please Me" LP vinyl has small rub marks on it that do NOT effect the play performance.
Album covers are EXCELLENT!!! The only slight evidence of imperfections is an occasional very small split on some of the album covers that arrived like that from the manufacturer way back when. They do NOT impair the overall visual beauty of the glossy covers. They are minor.
The covers for "Let It Be" and "Rarities" have minor evidence of edge rub n' wear, but only slightly. The outside flip-top box is in EXCELLENT/STRONG VERY GOOD condition.
If you are looking for a pristine copy, look elsewhere. In fact, you'll be looking elsewhere for a few lifetimes. If you are looking for a beautifully preserved item as described here, then you will have in your possession a legitimate collector's item that sounds and looks exceedingly lovely.
