PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE original Carlton Batts cut single sleeve double LP first pressing of this stone classic from 1996 on LaFace Records with original green hype sticker in the top right hand corner on the front cover and Parental Advisory notice in the bottom right hand corner!!! LPs are VG- visually but play nicely with very little background noise. Cover is VG- with some ring and edge wear. This was the LP that put the world on notice there was a new sheriff in town. Southernplaya... was a solid debut but ATLiens signaled the beginning of where they were headed - away from the typical gangster shit that was everywhere at the time and into creatively uncharted waters that no one saw coming. Every fan of hip hop needs this LP.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
