On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by O.V. Wright called "8 Men, 4 Women" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island 'Circle' logo label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IN FACT, THIS IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST LP ON THE PINK ISLAND LABEL!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER!!!!  ANYONE WHO COLLECTS THE PINK ISLAND LABEL (OR THE ISLAND LABEL IN GENERAL) WILL KNOW EXACTLY JUST HOW HARD THIS LP IS TO FIND - AND IT WILL BE MISSING IN VIRTUALLY EVERY ISLAND COLLECTION!!!!  IN FACT - THIS LP IS SO IMPOSSIBLY RARE THAT I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN OR HEARD OF ANOTHER 1ST PRESSING EVER BEING OFFERED FOR SALE!!!!  SO THINK INCREDIBLY CAREFULLY BEFORE PASSING ON THIS LP - BECAUSE IT IS VIRTUALLY 100% CERTAIN THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' PINK 'CIRCLE LOGO' ISLAND LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Island UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is IMPOSSIBLY rare!!!!  The Cat. No is ILP 975 on the 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, some printed lettering on 1 label, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl isnt in MINT condition - but it plays though absolutely fine!!!!  AND DONT FORGET JUST HOW RARE THIS LP REALLY IS!!!!  It is VERY important to remember that this LP is the RAREST LP on the Pink Island label truly IMPOSSIBLE to find!!!!  And so even though the record on this LP isnt in PERFECT condition - just think when you are EVER likely to find another?  The chances of that happening are virtually ZERO - so think EXTREMELY carefully before passing on this ULTRA rare LP!!!!  The vinyl is generally in BRILLIANT condition and retains an AWESOME shine!!!!  It has only a VERY few light hairlines, and only a few VERY light scufflines and generally looks BRILLIANT!!!!  However on Side 2 there is a visually noticeable scuff type line that runs across this Side. THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  Side 1 plays with barely ANY clicks/pops AT ALL, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  Side 2 also plays with NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  However the noticeable scuff type line (mentioned above) on Side 2 sounds intermittently thoughout this side with a few clicks/pops - though there are periods of NO sound AT ALL.  The record must grade Good overall (with Side 1 being considerably BETTER than this)!!!!  But as I said before - think very VERY carefully before passing on this LP!!!!  Just ask yourself when you are EVER going to see another one EVER again?  Probably NEVER!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record is also slightly uneven - though I have tested this on 3 different systems and all three tracked the LP fine!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, shiny laminate, only a VERY thin and INCREDIBLY unnoticeable line of residue/wear along the VERY top of the cover (colour, text & pictures are NOT affected and this is VERY unnoticeable indeed!), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few VERY light creases, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO rubbing, NO grubbyness, NO writing, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, and only a MEGA slight touch of 'fading' to the top left flipback (this is UNDER the laminate with absolutely NO cover damage AT ALL)!!!!  The only other thing to mention is that the cover is slightly uneven (barely ANY AT ALL on the cover front, only slightly on the cover back) - though for me this doesnt detract from what is overall a very VERY presentable cover indeed!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good(Minus) if not better!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE 100% PERFECT - BUT IT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND THE CHANCES OF FINDING ANOTHER ONE ARE VIRTUALLY ZERO!!!!  THIS IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST LP EVER RELEASED ON THE PINK ISLAND LABEL AND SIMPLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
