Includes both original inner sleeves. Records and inner sleeves are in VG+ shape all around. The scratches and scuffs are very superficial. Only one inner sleeve has a small split on the bottom. The cover is graded closer to EX. No cut-outs or drill holes. This is a genuine original CBS Records brand double LP and NOT a reissue, cheap copy or bootleg.
