(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?, the follow-up to debut album Definitely Maybe, is Oasis’s biggest-selling album with 22 million copies sold worldwide. It was recorded between May and June 1995 in Rockfield Studios, Monmouthshire, with Owen Morris and Noel Gallagher producing. Released on October 2nd 1995 it spent 10 weeks at No.1, is the 5th biggest-selling album in UK chart history and became the band’s breakthrough album in the US where it sold 4 million copies.
Extremely Rare 1st pressing.
Bought on day of release... played a couple of times and then stored safely for over 20 years untouched. Some very slight wear and tear to the cover but generally in great condition (one scuff on the top edge, corners good). Please ask/email for pics

Multifold cover. Heavyweight, laminated, plain black inner sleeves.
While the Damont pressing has "solid" black inner sleeves, the MPO pressing comes with die-cut black inners.
Just for clarity on the runout matrix. The matrix is etched 'CRELP189' with the corresponding side and number. Also 'DAMONT' is etched, usually on the opposite side of the runout.
