Description

Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for: Oasis - What's the story morning glory? - RARE Original Double Vinyl LP album 1995.

Original Pressing from 1995.

Creation records.

Vinyl Condition: G/VG (Both records have a lot of light surface marks and a lot of light lines but play great with nice sound. No sticks or jumps. When you play side 1 the stylus moves left and right a bit and causes some variations in the pitch. This can be annoying if you are sensitive to pitch variation. This does not affect side 2 so clearly this is how it was pressed and they may well all have been like it. Other sellers simply would not mention this but I believe in being thorough. Side 3 and 4 the pitch is also fine. There is some light crackle and the off tick and pop but overall great playback).

Inner Sleeve Condition: Fair (Original black inner sleeve have creases and signs of handling. There are some rips and tears too. Overall sleeves are ok and intact).

Outer Sleeve Condition: Fair (Sleeve is in fairly poor condition. There is heavy wear and some damage to the edges. Top and bottom edges are seriously worn and the cardboard is exposed and fraying. The corners are damaged at the top and bottom near the opening where there is so much wear it has split and frayed at least 6cm along each side. Spine is ok with most of the text readable. Front and back faces are ok with some ringwear and signs of rubbing and some heavy crease marks. Lots of creases and some bumps, nicks etc here and there. Overall the edges are completely worn, torn and frayed but the sleeve is intact. Poor condition but is ok).

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.

If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
