Description
You are bidding on the following:
Artist: Ocean Colour Scene
Release: Moseley Shoals
Format: 2 x 12” vinyl and plays at 45rpm
Label: MCA
Release number: MCA 60048
Barcode: 600406004819
Rarity: a rare and very desirable release, and please be clear that this is not the recent green vinyl RSD pressing (6 02567 27917 4) or the recent re-release on black vinyl (6 02567 27928 0), but the first and earliest pressing released on 15th September 1997. The release is a highly limited pressing of just 2,000 copies globally pressed and distributed through the UK market. This copy has been in my possession for around twenty years, and due to its archive condition, has literally been stored away for this period.
***rare 1997 first press in final upgrade condition!!***
Condition: so, I think most people would agree that this is a rare and highly collectable record! This copy is in simply stunning, un-played condition and is a super find for any bidder. Just look at pictures of the cover, it is in stunning condition! The panels look amazing, there are no splits tears, wear points or creasing! This cover looks like it has literally just been taken out of the shrink wrap! An amazing spine, and the fragile large panel booklet is fully connected and like new and un-handled! Only a very minor dink (see ‘Lego Man’ for scale …man not included!), it is minor and does not detract from the overall condition of this cover, which I grade at mint minus (-) condition.
Inners: apart from tiny amount of age yellowing, these are also in mint minus (-) stunning condition!
Vinyl’s: these images are taken under harsh fluorescent lighting, and show such an amazing condition, as all are unplayed and all sides look simply stunning!! Mirror-like finishes and completely unmarked. I harshly grade these vinyls at mint minus (-) condition!
***Time warp condition and super rarity of one of the best albums ever released by a British band!!***
