This is a very rare Demo Not for sale Mono version of October Country by Epic Records.1st Pressing. All my albums are 1st pressings won't find any reissues here! The sleeve and album are in great condition with little discoloration. The best copy yet! Vinyl is very clean. Close to NM-! The inner sleeve that holds the album has yellowed a bit due to age and storage.The corners look great The album itself is in great shape but needs to be cleaned. Don't see any surface scratches.Looks to never been played. No wear by the center hole. Not a record grader that is why I take pictures of both sides of the album so you could see what you are getting! Never played it so it is untested.
