Offs First Record clear vinyl Jean Michel Basquiat cover w/C.D. Presents catalog. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.

Vinyl is NM.  I've not played this anymore than 2 or 3 times in the decade+ that I've owned it.  The cover is beautiful, although there are hairline paper creases that appear in light.  One can be seen at the bottom of the cover.  There are several smaller ones along the top.  For this, I will call it VG & not VG+.  Holding it in your hands, it's still a really really really nice copy.  
Discogs claims this came out in 2008, but I swear I bought it (on eBay) earlier than that.  The letter has an odd date that was handwritten onto the original before it was xeroxed.  There was a C.D. Presents catalog included, but it is still taped shut as if it is awaiting an address label.   Also at the time I bought this, interest in this record and/or vinyl in general was low enough that the seller was pushing it as much of a Basquiat print as an Offs Record hence the addition of the Basquiat insert.
