THE LP IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION (As Close to "New" as you can find!)
The Thin Generic Record Jacket is in overall Good Condition, complete but with lightly "dinged" corners,light ring wear front and back cover, couple of tiny 1/8th inch scuffs on the lower front cover,edge scuffs,tiny front upper right hand crease - 1/16th inch - and lower corner curve, discoloration/staining and worn lower back cover (1 inch), light covered lower left and right hand back corners from storage,catalog number written on upper front right hand cover.
