One Blood Vinyl LP 1991 PUNK/HARDCORE SUBHUMANS/CRASS/CONFLICT Rare US IMPORT NM.

Flawless picture disc paper labels, exposing the corruption and rot of capitalism when it is left unchecked. The paper labels are white, normally on a record from this era, they would discolour and  pick up marks. CHECK OUT THE PHOTO'S, THEY LOOK BRAND NEW! It's hard to believe that they are approaching 35 years old.

The vinyl has a nice shiny rarely played looking quality with no visible marks or hairlines. TEST PLAYED IN IT'S ENTIRETY WITH NEAR MINT AUDIO PLAYBACK.

Front cover has very light ring wear that is not majorably noticeable. Some light shelf wear around the edges, with a few light creases and corner dinks on the spine area. None of this is overbearing. I HAVE NOW PLACED THE ALBUM IN A HEAVY DUTY, CLEAR PROTECTIVE PVC COVER, this wil now preserve the cover for decades, with no further wear.

THINGS HAVE GOT MUCH WORSE, THE TRUTH HAS BECOME A VERY SLIPPERY CONCEPT, BUT AT LEAST THIS BAND SPELL OUT WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING IN THE WORLD. THE REAL NEWS, THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA.

ONE BLOOD ARE A BAND LIKE, CONFLICT, CRASS, SUBHUMANS ETC, WITH TO A LOT TO SAY AND A LOT ON THERE MIND, SO MUCH SO, IN FACT, THAT A 24 PAGE DETACHED BOOKLET IS INCLUDED EXPOSING THESE DESPICABLE ATROCITIES. IT REALLY IS A DISTURBING, YET TOTALLY ESSENTIAL READ.

This is not a modern day, 180 gram vinyl reproduction, this the real deal, a first pressing, rare, US IMPORT from 1991.

I strongly believe that many hardcore classics from the nineties where over looked. I think the reason was fans of guitar bands did not have to look at the underground. Grunge, quickly followed by Brit pop satisfied most people, it was accessible, easy to find, and in the charts.

For this reason a lot of ninties HARDCORE got buried, no-ones fault, it was just washed away by the culture of that decade.

But do you know what, the singer of the Fine Young Cannonballs, once Interestingly said, that all the good stuff that was overlooked, or ignored by the mainstream media, eventually gets washed ashore, and see's the light of day.

It pick's up momentum and steam as the word of mouth grows, it can't be ignored any longer as the record buying public demand that it becomes available.

The music press jump all over it, surprised and wrong footed by the sudden demand, insisting that they always loved and promoted this album, when they didn't at the time. But the music press are normally professional and fair, and will make amends by belatedly reviewing and hypeing, word of mouth, slow burner classics, like this one, that just refuses to go away or die.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE TIME TO HUNT OUT AND BUY HARDCORE PUNK ALBUMS THAT HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED. ONCE THE PRESS JUMP ABOARD, IT'S TOO LATE, AS DEMAND, QUICKLY FOLLOWED BY PRICE SKYROCKETS.
