Description
This is an original '70 heavy vinyl 1st pressing U.S. Lp on green WARNER BROS label #WS-1887, by BLACK SABBATH called: PARANOID, stamped in trail off is the logo that resembles a drumhead with drum sticks, etched is 39786-3 WS1886/1887. Vinyl has a nice glossy shine with no groove wear. defects, warps, scratches, etc. under close inspection I noticed a handful of light surface scuffs here and there that do not affect play. I played excerpts very loud , they sounded great. No distortion or annoying background noise. The cover is a thick cardboard gatefold with strong seams and spine, No bent or pushed in corners, punch holes, saw cuts, cut corners, fading, writing, etc. Does have a few light indents on the front and inside and 1 faint wrinkle top left corner, spine print very good, orig Warner Reprise inner sleeve has No seam splits, or tears. CONDITION: Cover VG + + / Lp VG + + . Sabbath was one of my top favorite bands, saw there first gig here at the Fillmore East. My friends and I used to meet at the park one night a few of us are sitting there when we hear way in the distance Black Sabbath tunes, it was getting louder, and louder, my friend said that's got to be Steve with the speakers on the roof of his car, he lived about a 1/4 mile away.
