Description

This is an original '78 green vinyl yellow SIRE Label U.S. promotional Only Lp #SAM 85. only 400 of these were pressed, for the launch party of Sire joining with Warner Bros. It came in a padded vinyl cover. Now the bad news, side 1  has an impression from the padded cover on its surface making it unplayable, not sure how this happened, (see close up pics). I bought it years ago looking just like this. Side 2 plays very well, each tune is clear with no distortion or annoying background noise. (see close up pic of label for artists and song titles). A few from side 2 are: TUFF DARTS, RADIO BIRDMAN, DMZ, etc. Lp has no warps or scratches, Cover has seam splitting, and very light wear, also has price sticker top right corner, yes I still paid $50 way back then even in this CONDITION: Cover VG + + / Lp VG.
