This is an original Japanese import LP: THE BEST OF BLACK SABBATH (Vertigo / FD-94).
Record appears to be in overall excellent condition - very glossy with only a couple of faint marks that cannot be felt.
Gatefold cover looks great with only light wear - top seam split appx. 5 inches at opening - small writing on covers (see scans).
Attached booklet inside looks great with only light wear - no tears / writing.
