This is an original pressing of the 1971 private psych funk LP (featured in Acid Archives):  DOCTOR FEELGOOD "SOMETHING TO TAKE UP TIME" (Number One / Stereo).

Unrelated to the British band Dr. Feelgood or the blues / R&B singer. 

Record shows some light wear and several surface marks.  Plays with a crackle that is noticeable but does not overpower music.  Most noticeable on side 2 track 4.

Cover shows wear (see scans) - both top and bottom seams are completely split. 

No reserve.
