This is an original mono (deep groove label) LP:  MILES DAVIS ALL STARS - WALKIN' (Prestige / PRLP 7076).
Record shows some light wear and a few light marks on each side - one mark on side 2 track 2 creates about 8 repeated clicks - one mark on side 1 track 2 creates some repeated background clicks for appx. 1/2 of track - otherwise seems to play great with some light background crackle / surface noise that is noticeable but does not overpower music.
"Prestige Records, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." on labels.
RVG in the run off grooves on both sides.
Cover shows some light wear - some paper tearing to top appx. 2 inches of spine - top seam split appx. 1 inch at opening - bottom seam split appx. 2 inches at opening - no writing. 
No reserve.
