 Here we have an original copy the undisputable holy grail of all New York City Hardcore records. The notorious, impossible to find Urban Waste S/t aka Policy brutality ep released on Mob Style records. Only 500 records were made back in 1982. This is a 1st press with oversized sleeve. Both original inserts are included.

New York City hardcore. Most of you compare this with well-known bands like Youth of today or Gorilla Biscuits which shaped whole generations of young men (and women) since the late 80´s. Actually, New York HC existed long before. Bands like The Abused, Antidote, the Mob, or Urban Waste played fast and angry music and paved the way for many bands which made New York hardcore famous the world over. Again, this ep is in my eyes the best ever came out of New York. Noisy, fast, angry sound with an ultrabrutal voice. That´s the stuff for a real classic. This is hardcore! Over.

Vinyl is (graded conservatively with Goldmine Standard) in near mint (NM) condition. No scratches, really glossy, very few slight marks only. No hisses or pops. Nearly unplayed!!! (Every record is visually graded under halogen light and its playback with a high-sensitive multicoil pick-up system)

Cover is in very good plus (VG+) condition. Has slight wrinkles in the oversized sleeve and minimal creases on top and lower fold. No ringwear on front (just few wrinkles on the upper side), slight ringwear on the back, no seamsplits. Though the sleeve is oversized the cover has no breaks in the folds and is completely intact. 

I really hate to part with this great record. Anyway, bills have to be paid. I don´t want to let this go cheap. So i have to put a reserve price on it. It is not too high compared with other auctions ended far beyond $500.

I ship generally in sturdy, well packed vinyl cardboard mailers. I will separate the vinyl from the cover to avoid any damage while transport.
