Aloha From Hawaii Via Satellite 2-LP - ELVIS PRESLEY (RCA VPSX-6089)
Original 1973 U.S. QUAD 2-LP set. Here's the first of my 2 listings on this legendary double album set. This copy features: COVER STILL IN SHRINK, QUAD STICKER ON FRONT SHRINK, 2 original store price stickers on front shrink, RECORD LABEL STICKER ON BACK SHRINK (plastered over where the song credits are on the cover & the sticker DOES NOT include "Also sprach Zarathusa (Theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey)," for whatever reasons - perhaps some sort of legal issues between the songwriter &/or song publishers and RCA, I have no idea. In addition, this copy does NOT have the QuadraDisc designation printed in the lower right front corner (see pic), as most copies do; again, no explanation for this forthcoming here. Also includes the original DARK ORANGE RCA QUADRADISC LABELS. Plus the original, thick slick inner sleeves, with the very poor splicing of ELVIS into the photo w/ all the Hawaiian babes. (Where was photoshop in 1973?!) Since the cover is still in shrink, that means: GATEFOLD COVER HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED! Vinyl in SWEEEET condition also. (Incidentally, the copyright date on the cover reads 1972 - apparently RCA printed up the covers long before the actual airing/recording, which was in January, 1973, of course.)

Cover = IN SHRINK; front - very slight wear in all corners, very slight right edge wear, record company quad sticker on shrink, 2 price stickers on shrink / back - small tear in shrink along top edge, record company sticker on shrink
Labels = A-1, w/ NO spindle marks to be found
