Description
You're bidding on a very special limited issue 33-1/3 LP by American jazz reed man Sonny Fortune. This is an original 1974 Strata-East Stereo album (SES-74238) produced by the man himself. Features Charles Sullivan on trumpet, Stanley Cowell on piano, Wayne Dockery on bass, and Chip Lyle on drums.
The album has been in safekeeping for decades. The cover is in good shape with no splits and the record is in very good playing condition. This is a great album and Sonny Fortune's first self-produced LP...a real gem.
Stay tuned for more listings from a fantastic jazz album collection being auctioned. Many rare ones will be listed in the coming weeks as time permits.
