Description
Available here is a VG+ copy of a vintage, original cast DOUBLE LP:
"Sweeney Todd" (The Demon Barber of Fleet Street), a 1979 release from RCA Red Seal Records (CBL2-3379).
Music and lyrics by Steven Sondheim; based on the book by Hugh Wheeler. Stars include Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou. See photos for full track listing.
As a whole, this vinyl is a solid VG+ with each disc featuring some hairlines, but none deep or egregious. The gatefold cover is completely solid, with no seam splits or issues of note; there is a bit of musty, storage-type odor. The multi-page libretto has no writing, rips, or dog-ears. The original RCA Red Seal liners are present and in very good shape. All labels are clean and complete.
