Elvis Presley's Baby Let's Play House/I'm Left, You're Right, She's Gone on SUN-217 78 rpm single is simply put, one of the rarest Elvis items that exists. This auction is for the original 1955 release of these two songs.

CONDITION: This item has unfortunately seen better days, there is minor wear and dirt present on the label of both the A and B side, especially around the spindle hole. The labels are not torn however and credit "Elvis Presley Scotty & Bill." The matrix numbers of this 78 are U-143-2 on the "Baby Let's Play House" side and U-142 on the other. The surface of the disc is worn and scratched throughout on both sides, for a 52 year old 78 that's not uncommon, especially one that's sure to have been played many times like Elvis. When visually graded we have to give this item a "V-" (Very-good minus) but we did play it and it sounds more like a "V" looks can be deceiving! The B-side "I'm Left, You're Right, She's Gone" shows more wear than "Baby Let's Play House." This item is worth it alone for it's collectability and history. N- = Record shows no scratches, scuffs, or wear. Plays like new.

E+ = Excellent +, Record shows very light wear, should play like new.

E = Excellent, Record shows light scratches/scuffs which should NOT be audible when played.

E- = Excellent -, Record shows light scratches and scuffs that MAY be audible.

V+ = Very Good +, Record shows moderate scratches and scuffs or wear that WILL be audible.

V = Very Good, Record shows moderate/heavy scratches and scuffs that WILL be audible and MAY skip.

V- =Very Good -, Record shows considerable scratches and wear. Good for a fill-in until a better copy turns up.

P = Poor, What can I say! Record is in poor condition, plays very rough. We will only offer P condition items if they are extremely rare or unusual.
