Description
I'm getting on a bit now, and, regretfully, I'm slowly selling my private record collection. Here I have a great piece of memorabilia from the Beatles!
Sad to be selling my Beatles album, as I has the privilege of seeing the Beatles in Dundee on the 7th October 1963. They were fantastic! Also on the bill were some great Scottish bands, including Dundee's Johnny Hudson's Hi Four, and Tommy Dene and the Tremors from Aberdeen.
What I have is the original Mono Parlophone album from The Fab Four, "HELP", produced by George Martin, reference number PMC 1255, and made in England. The Matrix number is XEX 549-2. I think this was the Beatles 5th album.
I have owned this album for well over fifty years. It's in pretty good condition, which hopefully you will see from the photographs: the vinyl has the usual smattering of scratches, and I cannot tell what it sounds like as I haven't had a record player for decades.
I had this on display in a nice 1960s frame for a long time, along with many other classics from the sixties. What you are buying is a rare, original piece of Beatles history!
It'll cost £3.00 to send 2nd class within the UK; that's the actual price of the postage stamps, with nothing added. The album will be very carefully packaged between sheets of strong cardboard, at no further cost to you.
That's if then---an original sixties album from the world's best, most amazing, beat group!
If you win the bidding on more than one of my albums, you will only pay the exact cost of the stamps depending on the weight of the package.
Thank you very much for looking, and "Good Luck" if you decide to bid!
