Description
All records were last played in the 1970's. Since then they have been stored in my spare bedroom. There are no glaringly obvious scratches or imperfections. Unfortunately, I no longer have the equipment to play them on and need to create some down-sizing room! There may well be the odd finger print or two on the vinyl, but they will wipe clean with the appropriate wipes.
Although we do have a dog and cat, fortunately (like us) they are both non-smokers!
Postage: I always send first class within the UK to enable a receipt of posting to be obtained, and records are packaged in bubble wrap and sent in a strong polythene mailing bag. I do not profiteer at all on the postage and packing cost!
Postage costs: Because eBay take 10% of the postage costs as part of their final valuation, I have to gross the postage up in order to receive back the actual cost of the postage paid, and then add the cost of the mailing bag. Most parcels I send fall into the UK small parcel banding 0 to 1 kg category, which costs £3.30. I therefore charge £3.67 which (after eBay's 10%) gives me back the precise money paid out, plus £0.20 for the actual cost of the mailing bag and bubble wrap - totaling £3.87. Please note UK postal rates increased on 30th March 2015!
Personal collection: I will always combine postage for items won in the same auction round. You are always welcome to pick up the records from my home in Southwold, Suffolk.
Overseas postage: Regretfully, due to recent bad experiences, I must limit auction bids to the UK only.
