Open but lightly played. Both discs grade NM — no visible scratches, scuffs, or hairlines under light. Labels are clean with no spindle marks. The blood splatter pattern is vibrant and evenly distributed (see photos). Gatefold jacket has no ring wear, seam splits, or corner dings. Die-cut peephole is intact and clean. All inserts present and undamaged. Stored vertically in a protective outer sleeve in a smoke-free environment. Photos show the exact item you will receive.

Spacelab9 went all-in on the physical package — a die-cut peephole jacket that reveals different bloody scenes depending on which insert is placed inside, glow-in-the-dark hidden messages, and a "Rain of Blood" splatter pressing that perfectly captures the visual tone of the franchise. Composer Samuel Laflamme's score blends orchestral horror from the first game and Whistleblower with the experimental banjo, guitar, and acoustic bass of Outlast 2. Sold out at all retailers, no repress announced.
