Up for auction is a magnificent, ultra-rare audiophile-grade Test Pressing / White Label Promotional copy of the legendary album "Overtures In Hi-Fi," performed by The Paris Conservatoire Orchestra under the spirited direction of Albert Wolff.
This historic 1957 recording is a cornerstone of the early stereo era and remains a reference standard for orchestral definition. Beautifully reissued by Speakers Corner Records in October 2002, this release was mastered 100% purely from the original analogue master tapes and pressed on heavy 180-gram vinyl at the world-renowned Pallas factory in Germany.
This rare collector's copy features the clean "Only for Promotion" white label on the vinyl and includes the official Speakers Corner technical/liner notes insert detailing the release.
