Comes with its original box. 

Condition: In Good Plus overall condition, visually. Since I do not have a Tape player anymore I can only provide a visual assessment. The plastic reel is in Very Good condition (but the labels on it are partly torn); the tape is unevenly rewound; there is no "lead" tape (usually a white or yellow tape leading to the main tape); the first two and a half feet of the tape is a bit wavy/crinkled. 

The outer box is in Very Good condition with light surface shelf wear.
