Album Cover-Some ring wear from and back, dinged corners, spine is okay except for some slight paper removal(away from lettering), cover has a lot of scratches(doesn't help it is mainly black) Album Sleeve-Missing original sleeve Album-Minor Smudging, Scratches and Needle Marks.  Played through and did not hear any skips.  I would state probably heavily played
