Up for sale is an original 1981 first U.S. pressing of Ozzy Osbourne’s “Diary of a Madman” on Jet Records (distributed by CBS). This pressing is identified by the AL/BL 37492-1D Columbia NY deadwax inscriptions, confirming its status as an authentic early U.S. release.
This landmark album is Ozzy’s second solo effort and features the brilliant guitar work of the late Randy Rhoads, whose performances on Over the Mountain, Flying High Again, and the epic Diary of a Madman remain some of the most celebrated in heavy metal history.
