The "Demonstration" LP is made up of 4-track demo recordings (mostly acoustic versions) of the same songs.

Record condition..Records MINT/VG, the bonus DEMO LP is MINT, was only ever played once, the standard issue LP is OK, it has a couple of surface marks,PLEASE NOTE one mark at the very start of side two does cause some clicking for the first twenty or so seconds, I have played this on two different turntables, on one it plays with a few clicks on the other it played with same clicks but also jumped one groove. I think this is due to the different weights of the tone arm, so please be aware that it may jump a groove ! depending on your turntable.. It would not be too difficult to buy a mint standard LP to match up with this mint demo if you wanted a better item, you may already have one !!...Sleeve VG, there is some edge wear and a corner crease...SEE PICTURE
