Description

 I just recently bought a small grouping of UK 60's beat/pop/garage/psych 7"s from a well-known Sydney collector in the throes of selling off his collection.

Anyway, this is one of them.

::ARTIST:   PAMELA BLUE   ::TRACKS:  "MY FRIEND BOBBY" / "HEY THERE STRANGER"   ::FORMAT:  …vinyl 7” single…   ::LABEL:     DECCA

::CATALOGUE #:   F.11761

::PRESSED IN:     UK

::RELEASE DATE:   1963

::ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?:   ...Yes, it is!...

::CONDITION (cover/record):  ( - / VG ) ...has scuffing but plays well, some crackling...never released in pic sleeve...comes in its original company sleeve...

::LABEL CONDITION:   'A' side:   EX   'B' side:   MINT

...both sides produced by Joe Meek...'A' side is classic 'Death Disc' (Bobby is 'up in the sky')...excellent backing vocals (sounding like angels at the gates of heaven)...she's professing her eternal commitment: "Whatever you do, don't you worry, I will still be your baby" - brilliant stuff...

You can pay in US$'s, Australian $'s, or UK pounds...whatever suits you best (using www.xe.com for any conversions).
